HSR termination compensation: Singapore spent S$270 mln on project

SINGAPORE, Jan 4 — The termination compensation to Singapore for the Kuala Lumpur – Singapore High Speed Rail (HSR) project will include various abortive costs, but not land acquisition costs since the value of the land can be recovered.
